A booking system perfectly suited to your conferences or congresses
Our system requires no technical expertise: simply log in to the Explorates platform and enter the details of your conference or congress, including:
- The title of each conference and congress.
- The dates of the conferences and congresses. You can then enter one-off or recurring conferences or congresses, specifying the exact days and times of each event.
- The number of places available, event by event. You can, of course, define a different number of places available each time.
- The registration fee. You have complete control over the prices and can create different categories, each with its own rate, whether for children, seniors, or subscribers and members who benefit from a special discount.
- The name of the speaker or the people who will lead the congress.
- The method of sending confirmations. Participants can either receive confirmation by email, as a printable ticket, or by subscribing to a simple list.
The booking system developed by Explorates allows you to finely manage your exchanges with each of the participants in conferences and congresses.
Once all the settings are entered, your conferences and congresses are ready to be booked immediately on your website. We can assist you if needed. Participants in your conferences or congresses can then book their registration and pay online directly on your site.
The booking system automatically manages registration availability, and as soon as a conference or congress is full, sales are immediately suspended. You also have the option of manually validating each registration. In this case, you will need to review and approve each registration request before the system sends the payment request.
Good to know: confirmation emails are fully customizable, allowing you to precisely define the text that will be sent to each participant. For example, you can add a paragraph with practical information. For congresses, you can also provide all the necessary information regarding accommodation.
