- The method for sending booking confirmations. You can choose to send a digital confirmation, a printable confirmation, or simply use a sign-in list that you check on the day of the workshop.
Depending on the size of your organization, whether an association or a commercial company, you can appoint administrators responsible for publishing the various workshops online.
Once all the details have been entered, your offering is ready to be sold online! You can then place the Explorates booking module on your website and open online sales. Visitors will be able to book any of the workshops listed, on the date of their choice.
Availability for each workshop is updated in real time as bookings come in. As soon as the maximum number of participants is reached for a given workshop, sales stop automatically.
