How does Explorates work for festivals?
To set up your reservation system, you don't need to know a single computer term or install anything on your computer. Simply log in to the Explorates platform and enter all your festival's details:
- The name of your festival. You can add a description if you wish.
- The number of tickets available.
- The days and times on sale. Our tool adapts to your needs, allowing you to offer tickets valid for a specific full day, several days, half a day, or even just a few hours. You define your rules based on your festival's characteristics.
- The ticket price. If needed, you can specify what is included and what is not in the displayed price.
- The method of sending tickets to festival-goers. You can choose to send tickets in digital format, printed format, or as a list, for example, for a VIP event.
Explorates' booking module is compatible with all screens, including computers, smartphones, and tablets.
Once you've entered all the festival and ticketing settings into Explorates, you can then display a booking module on your website. The system will be immediately usable by your customers, who will be able to make their reservations smoothly and receive their tickets as soon as payment is processed.
Availability will be displayed in real time, and as soon as a time slot reaches the maximum capacity you've previously defined, sales will stop automatically. You won't need to intervene manually to halt sales in case of a surge in customers. Similarly, confirmations and tickets are sent automatically.
