Our software allows you to enter the various elements of your offers, including product descriptions, time slots, prices, options and tickets. You can then add a customized booking module to your website and, if you wish, connect your services to major online travel agencies (OTAs) such as GetYourGuide and Viator. Your customers can then make their bookings directly, 24/7, without any intervention from you! Explorates also manages sending vouchers to your customers and invoicing via a payment gateway, in accordance with the new e-invoicing requirements.Your product availability will be updated in real time, based on sales and the rules you have set up. You will, of course, be able to track your sales very precisely and, if necessary, you will be able to make cancellations or modifications.
How much does Explorates cost?
We offer three different plans, tailored to the size and needs of each user. If you're a freelancer, choose our START plan. The price includes a subscription of 39 € (excluding VAT) per month and a booking fee of 2.50% on each sale. Working with others? Choose the PRO option at 99 € (excluding VAT) per month. The booking fee is then reduced to 2.25% per sale. You'll also have access to more features, including granular user management.Explorates is also for large companies and major accounts. Our Enterprise plan costs 299 € (excluding VAT) per month with a booking fee of only 2% per sale. This plan also allows you to build even deeper integration via API access. Who are we?
Explorates was founded by the team behind CNEWYORK.COM, an online agency specializing in activities and guided tours in New York City. We needed a simple and efficient booking system to resell our guided tours and tourism products. Since no existing solution met our needs, we set to work designing our own booking system. Along the way, the idea arose to open this unique booking system to all other tour guides worldwide. The system, which is particularly comprehensive, also allows for the management of many other activities and products, both tourism-related and otherwise.Explorates is currently the only 100% independent booking system!
