The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the website www.explorates.com:

Data may be transferred to our partners, listed below:
  • Amazon Web Services (hosting);
  • PostHog (analytics);
  • Stripe (payment);
  • Axeptio (cookies).

2.5 - Cookie policy

If you have an account on Explorates and you log in to the Site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login information and screen preferences. A login cookie lasts for two days, and a screen options cookie lasts for one year. If you select "Remember me", your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.

5 - Conditions for amending the privacy policy

The publisher of the Explorates website reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in order to ensure it remains compliant with applicable law.
Any such modifications shall not affect purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user when confirming the purchase.
